My name is Milford Steele, founder and experienced recruiter of Steele’s Executive Search Group. SES is a recruiting and headhunting firm that specializes in direct identification of potential candidates for the recruiting assignments for which its clients hire us.

As an experienced personnel recruiter, my approach to recruiting will ultimately save your company money. I do this by stringent, in-depth screening, significantly reducing or even eliminating the cost of advertising and the cost of labor used when your company begins its fulfillment search to find candidates. Instead of sorting through hundreds of resumes that aren’t a match for your job descriptions, I provide vetted candidates for the role.

I know this headache well. Recently, I was working on new recruitment and posted several job descriptions. I noticed a pattern to the resumes I received most often fell into one of the following categories:

Candidates that didn’t have the skills nor met the requirements to be considered.

Candidates that were overqualified.

Candidates that were H1B’s or nor had the rights to work in the USA. (They are qualified individuals if your company is willing to offer sponsorship).

Candidates who are Adjunct or Associate Professor in an education/curriculum field who lack applicable on the job experience.
Now if that is what I saw from advertising/posting about a potential job opening, resulting in rarely requested further communication from the people answering an advertisement, you can certainly sympathize with what hiring authorities, HR Managers, Recruiters and Talent Acquisition teams deal with daily from the jobs they post and review.
